Choglannoz allows cancellation of scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for Choglannoz services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Items purchased through third-party retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers. Choglannoz is not responsible for processing returns of items purchased from external vendors.
